Habibul Bashar, the former Bangladesh skipper is the latest to join the bandwagon of the cricketers, who are on their way to snap ties with Indian Cricket League. With Bashar back to their stable, the Bangladesh cricket board plans to keep their door open for other Bangladeshi cricketers, who wish to return to the national team.

Kim Hughes, former Australian captain has accused West Indian skipper Chris Gayle of being an embarrassment to the game of international cricket in response to Gayle earlier comment about not minding if test cricket were to become extinct. Gayle prompted Sir Viv Richards former West Indies great to also comment on Gayle’s statement which he said was a total betrayal of the game that raised him.

Nightmares in the arena of sports more so in cricket tend to take away the sleep of many a cricketer. One of the most celebrated examples of this kind is Shane Warne, the captain of Rajasthan Royals, who used to get nightmares of Sachin Tendulkar, the captain of Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League, when Sachin had thrashed him the test series. Shane Warne however would have got rid of his nightmare after he took the wicket of Sachin in the crucial IPL match, and more so, when Shane was advised not to play.
